No one in the history of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series as ever finished on the top two steps of the podium in seven series events in a row.
In the tour’s next race, Devin Moran can be the first, starting off his season trying to streak to the new record.
The Dresden, Ohio native came from P15 to hit another runner-up spot on Thursday, bringing his total top-2 finishes to six in a row.
On top of being in command for both the Winter Nationals and series points totals, Moran will try to keep it going on Saturday in the next race for the tour.
Saturday’s events at All-Tech Raceway are scheduled to hot lap at 4:30 p.m. CT and will be televised by MAVTV+.
