Weather issues have again forced World of Outlaws teams to wait another day before returning to the race track for the first time since last week’s 61st running of the Knoxville Nationals.
The series opted to move Friday’s scheduled Jackson Nationals preliminary night to Saturday morning, with hot laps scheduled for 12:00 p.m. CT.
Saturday’s Jackson Nationals – which pay show-up points only – will remain on the same night, completing the doubleheader through the day.
Fans that purchased tickets to either Thursday or Friday will be issued refunds at the track. A one-day pass will grant access for both shows on Saturday.
Donny Schatz comes into the race riding as much momentum as anyone, capturing his 11th career win in the grandaddy of them all a week ago. Logan Schuchart is trying to become the first driver in the history of the Jackson Nationals to three-peat and win his third big event race in a row at the Minnesota track.
Fans unable to make the race can see all of the action live on DirtVision.
