Alex Palou made his third-straight trip to victory lane this season on Sunday at Mid-Ohio, winning yet another race on what has been a dominant campaign to the 2023 season for himself.
The driver of the No. 10 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet has been virtually unstoppable since Josef Newgarden’s Indianapolis 500 victory.
“Having a good car and good strategy,” Palou said on the USA Network broadcast. We needed to start on something different than the guys up front, that’s why we started on primary’s today. We had a great car.”
“We can only focus on what we do,” Palou said. “We have some good tracks coming up for us and want to put the (No. 10 car) up front.”
The series returns to the track Sunday, July 16 for its annual race in the streets of Toronto, which is set to take place at 12:30 p.m. CT live, exclusively, on Peacock.
