Seven-time NASCAR champion turned IndyCar driver Jimmie Johnson is reportedly finalizing a deal to become a partial owner of the Petty GMS NASCAR Cup Series race team.
According to the Athletic’s Jordan Bianchi, Johnson will also drive in select events for the team during the 2023 season.
