On Tuesday Alpha Prime Racing announced that Julia Landauer will be making her
series debut for the team on Saturday, July 16th at New Hampshire Motor
Speedway.
Alpha Prime Racing fields cars for multiple drivers, including Rajah Caruth, Sage
Karem, Kaz Grala and others. Their best finish of the year is 13th with Ryan Ellis, at
Charlotte Motor Speedway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Landauer has a variety of experience behind the wheel of a stock car, with over 40
starts across multiple series including: ARCA Menards West, ARCA Menards East,
NASCAR Euro Series, and NASCAR Pinty’s Series. She has won two championships
in her career, and is the highest finishing American in the history of the NASCAR
Euro Series championship.
Backing Landauer will be Boss Beauties and GarageXYZ, the first NFT communities
to sponsor a NASCAR driver. The partnership is a look into the future of
sponsorship in motorsports that includes other NFT and decentralized blockchain
technology.
“Ever since her days in a NASCAR West car, I felt like she deserved an opportunity
at this level,” Martins said in a press release. “I am really glad we were able to put
it all together and give her a shot here at Alpha Prime.”
Coverage of the July 16th NASCAR Xfinity Series race at New Hampshire will begin
at 2:30 pm ET on the USA Network.
