William Byron became the first driver in the NASCAR Cup Series to win at Atlanta Motor Speedway under the track’s latest, mini-superspeedway configuration.

After Bubba Wallace saw his car bobble and a push from Ryan Blaney didn’t come to fruition, it was all Byron leading the way to the checkered.

The finish of the race can be seen below:

Christopher Bell was originally scored in the second position, but was penalized to the back of the lead lap after going below the inside line. Ross Chastain picked up the second-place finish, earning his third-straight podium.

The series will return to the track next Sunday for its first road course race of the season at Circuit of the Americas. The event is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT on FOX.
