The preliminary, Wednesday night of action at Eldora Speedway turned into Thursday today, but produced a pair of veterans in victory lane at the end of it.
Chris Ferguson and Jonathan Davenport would celebrate atop their cars this afternoon, securing some of the top point scores on the day.
The results do not guarantee either a spot in the main event, but if a top 2 points driver misses the A-Main, they will be eligible to advance to P19 and P20 tonight.
Disaster mired Gregg Satterlee in the final race of the two twin features, as he cut a tire and fell back to fourth on the final lap.
