It got delayed but COVID, but at the very least, the 2020 Hell Tour is still on and scheduled for an exciting few weeks as we navigate through a busy summer.

Starting tomorrow, the Summit DIRTCar Nationals will kick off on Wednesday night with 26 races for both the Late Model and Modified divisions over the same 46 days.

The tour, infamous for its amount of races in a short period of time, was scheduled to run 29 events over 33 days starting in June, but it was pushed back because of the pandemic. So, June 11 became July 8, and its set to kick off this week.

2020’s Hell Tour starts at Brownstown Speedway with both the late model and modified tours running together through July 19. After a three-day break the late models will return for two exclusive shows before two more coexisting dates.

Only two modified-only shows are present during an off-period from July 26-August 11 where the tour will finish with 11 consecutive days of racing.

The break is meant for Late Model drivers to be able to race at the Prairie Dirt Classic and USA Nationals at Fairbury Speedway and Cedar Lake Speedway, respectively.

Former champions such as Modified drivers in Nick Hoffman and Kenny Wallace as well as the late models’ Bobby Pierce and Shannon Babb are all expected to race this year.

It all gets kicked off on Wednesday.

The entirety of the 2020 Hell Tour can be seen live with a FastPass Subscription on DirtVision.com, and as always fans can follow along on social media at @AlwaysRaceDay.
