Jonathan Davenport will lead the field to green Saturday at the World of Outlaws USA Nationals at Cedar Lake Speedway after winning the pole dash that decided the lineup for the first four rows of the $50,000-to-win event Friday.
The other four rows of the A-Main lineup were set with two, 5-race heat rounds where drivers were awarded passing points.
It’s left Mike Marlar – who’s on a 22-race top-5 streak, with the task of racing from the B-Main to qualify for Saturday’s main event.
