Kyle Larson did it again.
Fresh off his Chili Bowl Nationals win a week ago, the Hendrick Motorsports driver has conquered the Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series season opener at All-Tech Raceway.
Larson took off from the start, beating the top dogs of the tour at their own game, and lapping up to the eighth position.
His final margin-of-victory was 15 seconds.
Defending champion Jimmy Owens came home with a fourth-place finish while defending World of Outlaws champion Brandon Sheppard rounded out the top five.
Jonathan Davenport came off his hot Wild West Nationals run with an eighth-place finish He was the last car on the lead lap.
The series continues its run through the Winter Nationals on Monday.
