The World of Outlaws Sprint Car series field took to a four-lap, final stint off of a restart at Bridgeport Motorsports Park on Tuesday, with the No. 57 of Kyle Larson leading the field.

Staying down on the inside line of the track, Larson tried to protect his lead, but Sheldon Haudenschild went to the cushion of the race track and made a pair of runs that put him out front.

From there, Haudenschild was able to secure the lead and earn his third win of the 2022 season with the series.

Donny Schatz, meanwhile, battled by Logan Schuchart to grab the last spot on the podium and pick up a few points in the race for the championship.

Defending champion and points leader Brad Sweet continued his streak of finishing outside of the top seven, dropping back in the A-Main to a P12 run.

Sweet’s lead on David Gravel drops to 20 points as the tour heads to Ohio this weekend for a pair of races in action.

James McFadden earned his best finish in over 40 days, taking a P6 run while Jacob Allen and Spencer Bayston stayed consistent with top 10 results.

Aside from Larson, Anthony Macri stood as the highest finishing invader – coming from P14 to a top five finish.

The World of Outlaws return to the race track on Friday for the first date of the season with Attica Raceway Park. The action can be seen live on DirtVision.
