Tim McCreadie is making a move to the No. 1 Rocket Chassis factory team.

The 2021 and 2022 Lucas Oil Late Model Series champion will be the new pilot to Mark Richards’ car as the series resumes its schedule next week.

McCreadie is filling the spot left after the team split with 2023 series champion Hudson O’Neal on Thursday.

Carson Ferguson will take over the No. 39 Paylor Motorsports car that McCreadie is exiting.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series returns to the track on Friday, March 22 for the Buckeye Spring 50 at Atomic Speedway. Each of the series’ races can be seen live on FloRacing.
