In recent years, the World of Outlaws have raced at Knoxville Raceway for just one weekend of the year prior to the Knoxville Nationals, held in August.
In 2023, with the loss of the NASCAR Truck Series event, the World of Outlaws will be visiting Knoxville for an extra date.
The new event will be a two-day race weekend held in late April.
