The Clauson-Marshall Racing Chili Bowl roster is complete, and the final addition is no surprise to it.
NASCAR Cup Series driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has been announced as the final driver for the five-car Clauson Marshall Racing entry in next month’s Chili Bowl Nationals.
Stenhouse Jr. will join the likes of Tyler Courtney, Cole Bodine, Ryan Newman, and Chance Crum as he takes the wheel of the 17s in Tulsa.
The Olive Branch, Mississippi native has achieved six main event starts at the Chili Bowl with his best finish being ninth.
This announcement comes as no surprise as Stenhouse Jr. regularly runs cars for Clauson Marshall Racing as he did in 2020.
In seven starts in the team’s midget, Stenhouse Jr. captured five feature starts along with a pair of top 5 finishes.
If he can turn this year’s Chili Bowl into one of those top 5’s, it will be a career season for him in Tulsa.
The Chili Bowl Nationals kick off on Monday, January 11 and will conclude with championship Saturday on January 16.
