Winning the first SRX race of the year got Doug Coby a NASCAR Truck Series ride this season, now Ernie Francis Jr. will hope his win on Saturday will do the same.
The seven-time Trans Am Series champion is still hopeful of an opportunity at the big show as he runs full-time with Superstar Racing Experience this season.
The young gun had to hold off a plethora of talent in the waning laps of the race including this move against Scott Speed.

Francis Jr. eventually stowed off Bobby Labonte to cap off the night with a win in the lap 76 feature event at the short track at Indianapolis.
The series will be back for its fifth show of the year next Saturday as the tour heads to Slinger Speedway in Wisconsin. As always it will be broadcasted on CBS at 7:00 p.m. CT.
