Smoke is heating up.
Tony Stewart captured his second sprint car win of the 2021 racing season on Thursday as he made a pass on Justin Peck while coming to the checkered flag at the end of the Main Event.
Justin Peck was one of many to blow a right rear tire during the #ASCoC race at Virginia, but Tony Stewart took advantage. #FloAllStars

Stewart took advantage of a rubbered down track that ate up the right rear tires of nearly every contender in the field.
Peck was slated to take advantage of Cory Eliason having one go flat.
He took the lead from the No. 26 and had just one lap to clinch the win, but Stewart noticed Peck’s tire starting to go down before it happened and cruised into the turns on the last stint.
The ease of the pressure bought Stewart the victory – his second of 2021 joining his win in the Wild Wing Shootout back in January.
The FloRacing ASCoC Tour continues its season on Friday as it heads to Williams Grove for the Tommy Hinnershitz Classic.
