The legal battle has come to an end. The 2021 NTT IndyCar Series champion is returning to Chip Ganassi Racing in 2023,

Alex Palou posted on Twitter Wednesday that he will be staying in the No. 10 car for another season.

Palou never mentions an extension, so it’s expected to be his final year in the car and the last season on his contract, however things can change at any time – as seen in this summer-long legal fight.

On the other side of the story, Palou will be allowed to test for McLaren’s F1 team when it doesn’t interfere with his IndyCar commitments, according to a tweet posted in his thread.

The 2023 IndyCar schedule has not yet been released.
