Jason McDougal has wowed the racing world.

During Saturday’s Chili Bowl action, McDougal put together what is believed to be one of the longest runs to attempt to transfer to the big show at the end of the evening.

After some bad luck on his preliminary night, McDougal would have to start it out running in the first I-Main in Tulsa.

From there, McDougal went 4th-to-1st in the blink of an eye and didn’t stop passing cars afterwards.

The Oklahoma native has made it all the way to the D-Main and intends on making the main event at the end of the night.

During the break in the action, he got on his phone to interact with fans and talk about his run.

McDougal added in a separate tweet: “I’m just doing what I know how to do, Beast Cars has me rolling today. Thank you everyone for the energy inside this building to support me. To everyone at home watching, I hope you’re getting your money’s worth.”

We’ll update this story at the end of the night with how his run turns out. Otherwise, fans can tune into the racing action on FloRacing ahead of the main events tonight as well as MAV TV’s Facebook page for a free live stream of the Chili Bowl later, too.
