Kyle Larson captured his third career Brad Doty Classic win on Tuesday night at Attica Raceway Park, leading all 40 laps of the night’s A-Main to earn back-to-back wins in the event.

The driver of the Paul Silva Motorsports No. 57 became the first driver in the history of the race to earn back-to-back wins.

“No, no doubt,” Larson said in victory lane on the DirtVision broadcast. “I can’t believe nobody’s gone back-to-back in the long history of this race. That’s pretty special for sure. Paul (Silva) has definitely got the tune-up for Attica, because we’re always fast no matter what series we’re in.”

Larson brings home the win to prelude one of the richest weeks in sprint car racing history, as the Eldora Million looms for the No. 57 and his competitors.

He was thankful to have a majority of his laps at Attica on Tuesday come with him and his car starting on the front row.

“Being good through the night helps so much at Attica, because it’s so hard to see when you’re out there,” Larson told DirtVision. “Thankfully, for me, I get to lead and you can at least see for eight laps, but then you get to lapped traffic and you’re done.”

David Gravel took hold of the lead in the World of Outlaws point standings with his P5 finish, while Carson Macedo gained on both of his tour championship competitors by rounding out the podium.

Most, if not all of the competitors in Tuesday’s race will return to the track on Wednesday at Eldora Speedway for the first of four nights of action to compete for the Eldora Million and Kings Royal trophies on Thursday and Saturday.
