The newly formed Xtreme Outlaw Non-Wing Sprint Car and Midget tours made history today announcing their first ever season schedules for 2022.

Consisting of a combined 26 races, the pair of slates will run support class races to compliment each World of Outlaws tour as well as their own spotlight events at budding race tracks around the United States.

“Since we announced the Xtreme Outlaw Series earlier this month, the momentum has continued to build,” said Brian Carter, World of Outlaws and DIRTcar Racing CEO. “Drivers have already committed to run each series, now we’re continuing that momentum by announcing schedules and sponsorship, with more to come as interest in each division is at a very high level.”

World Racing Group, who will sanction the series, worked closely with USAC and POWRi to develop the rules and dates each tour would embark on.

Xtreme Outlaw Non-Wing Sprint Cars

As previously announced, the non-wing sprint car tour will start its 2022 season with races on Monday and Tuesday, February 14-15, at the DIRTCar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park.

They will support the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars at U.S. 36 Raceway and Lake Ozark Speedway in April for its second pair of race days and also will run at I-55 during the WoO Late Model weekend at I-55.

There will be six standalone races for the tour – two at Lake Ozark in June, Jacksonville Speedway and Spoon River Speedway in September, and Atomic Speedway for a pair of nights in October.

The season finale for the tour will feature $5,000 and $10,000-to-win races on the weekend of October 28-29 at an unannounced location.
